The terms of working with us.

By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with another party's use.

Any specific engagement for consulting, build, or advisory work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Λcuity. In the event of a conflict, that agreement controls over these Terms with respect to the engagement.

The content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Λcuity and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Ownership of deliverables produced during a paid engagement is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the period specified in that agreement, and late amounts may accrue interest as permitted by law.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only as needed to perform under the relevant agreement. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

Our website and any general information on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Λcuity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as set out in the applicable agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
